You will be asked for your order number and reason for cancellation. As long as our Fulfillment Team has not begun the process of picking and packing your order, we will be able to cancel your order for you.
Please note: We are unable to cancel orders once they have begun curation. Additionally, we are unable to process cancellation if your order has already been processed for shipment. If you have already received tracking information for your order, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
