Family Friendly: These meals are great for feeding a family. Often with slightly heartier portions, these meals tend to feature standard ingredients and popular cooking styles that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy.
Gourmet: These meals tend to take a little longer to make, but the results are more than restaurant-worthy! Whether it’s trying a new technique or cooking with exotic ingredients, our Gourmet meals challenge our customers to take a leap and try something new.
Both Family Friendly and Gourmet meals are determined by our Culinary team during testing.
Quick and Easy: These meals all take 30 minutes or less to cook and have been ranked with a skill level of one knife (out of three) by our Culinary team. They’re a great place to start if you’re just getting into cooking or if you’re looking for something you can get on the table fast.
Lighter Options: These meals are all 1000 calories or less for the Chef’d Dinner for 2 option, making them 500 calories or less per person. Note – the Nutritional Facts listed on each recipe use official FDA servings, which might be more or less depending on the portion sizes.
Vegetarian and Gluten-Free are both determined by the list of ingredients in the meals. Please note that Chef’d is not a certified gluten-free facility. We take the utmost care to prevent cross contamination but cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free ingredients.
